Wendi Martin, GPHR, CPP is the International Compensation Change Manager (Vice President) for Asia and the Pacific Rim for the Global Human Resource Project Management Organization at Bank of America. Currently, she is managing the Meryl Lynch and Countrywide transitions for Asia PAC. She has over 10 years of experience in managing global compensation and benefit including (international assignment programs), global executive benefits and international human resource system design. Her experience spans telecommunications, technologies, financial services and energy industries. Wendi is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute. Also, she holds the designation of Certified Payroll Professional by the American Payroll Association and volunteers on the APA hotline committee for resident alien, international and expatriate inquiry support.
