Wendi Martin, GPHR, CPP, is vice president of Executive Compensation Delivery at Bank of America managing global equity and global deferred cash programs. She has 9 years of experience in managing global compensation and benefit including international assignment programs. Her experience spans telecommunications, financial services and energy industries. Wendi is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute. Also, she holds the designation of Certified Payroll Professional by the American Payroll Association and volunteers on the APA hotline committee for resident alien and expatriate inquiry support.
