Legal Nurse Consultant
Registration
Admissions Criteria
- Active RN License
- Recommend a minimum of 2000 hours of work experience as an RN
- Recognition/aptitude and comfort level in learning to "market/brand" yourself in a consultant role
- Fluency in English (including reading and writing)
- Computer literacy, internet access, and valid email account required
- Payment of tuition in advance of program start (except in a case where a loan payment may be received from an agency after the start of the program). Payments can be made via MasterCard, Visa, personal check, loan or cashier’s check/money order
* Please note that the qualifications for our program differ from the qualifications necessary to apply for the LNCC examination.
In order to register, you will need:
- Program ID number
- Start date
- Tuition amount (books included in cost of tuition)
- Documentation of RN license with license number*
*Due to the fact that most nursing boards no longer issue a license ID card, in most cases an email containing the information listed below will suffice as documentation. In the event that additional documentation is necessary, student will be contacted by Program Director.
- Full name (including middle name or initial)
- State of issuance
- License number
- License expiration date

Books
Books are included in the program tuition. Registrants will receive an email 10 days prior to the start of the program regarding retrieval of books.

Refund Policy
To receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee, we must receive your written cancellation request at least two weeks before the program begins. Include your name, address, phone number, and program to be dropped. You may inform us by:

Missed the refund deadline? You may elect to send a substitute to the entire program in your place if you call 919-684-6259 prior to the first meeting and let us know the name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of the substitute student. Or, at the discretion of the Program Director, you may be allowed to switch to a subsequent program within one year.
