Earning the Certificate
Participants will complete the Program in one year, after attending symposia starting in January, April and July. Each symposium is held from noon on Thursday through noon on Saturday (20 hours each).
Post Symposium Project
Two weeks following each symposium, you will be asked to report back with a one page description of how you have applied your new knowledge and insights, and what (if any) changes you have made in your leadership role and how this has impacted your organization. Only upon submission of this document will credit hours for the Symposium be granted.
