Registration Information
The 8-month certificate program is offered once a year beginning each the fall. The program is filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of application during the enrollment period. See below for an application form and deadlines.
Once an application has been received and reviewed you will be contacted by our office for registration information and payment.
NOTE: Students registered for the program under the former curriculum that are interested in completing their certificate will need to contact Garry Crites at 919-684-3178.
There is no academic prerequisite for entrance into the program. All students must be proficient in the English language.
To apply for the program, you will need to complete an application and statement of interest, and submit it to our office during the enrollment period. Seats in the program are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date of post-mark by mail or fax.
Application will be available to download beginning July 25, 2008.

Registration: August 5-11, 2008
After the application period closes, paperwork will be reviewed for language proficiency and prioritized by date of receipt. Duke Continuing Studies will contact you regarding the acceptance or denial of your application.
