Most of the copy in our print catalog is incorporated on our website, but the print catalog has some additional calendars that may make it easier for some members to read and navigate the information necessary to choose courses and register. The print copy of the catalog for the OLLI at Duke fall term (early September – early December) is sent to those on our mailing list in mid-July, for the winter term (mid-January – early April) in mid-November, and for the spring term in mid-March.
Under our current system, students register using a priority system rather than a first-come, first-served system. Students must submit their registration form and payment by the priority deadline (listed in the catalog and on the registration form for every term) in order to receive a class confirmation packet before the term begins. The catalog for the current term is usually posted on the website within two weeks of its being sent to the membership.
