Registration

The workshop runs May 4-8, 2008 at Kanuga Conference Center, Hendersonville, NC


Registration is now open. You can register online or print out this form.

All sections of the workshop are nearly full, but we will continue to accept registrations as possible until May 1.  Before registering, please call Duke at 919-684-6259 to ask if space is available. If your choice is full, ask to be put on a waiting list in case of last-minute cancellations.  Or you may contact the director, Georgann Eubanks, by e-mail: geubanks@duke.edu.

Register early to reserve your place in the program. A $200 deposit (nonrefundable) will secure your reservation. Full payment of tuition will be due April 4, 2008. Tuition is non-refundable after April 4.
